He was predeceased by: his parents, Emerson C. Neyhart and Elizabeth Neyhart (Durban). He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, James John Neyhart Jr., Eric Dale, Jennifer Seifert (Wade) and Johanna Austin; and his daughter-in-law Wanda Dale.
