He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Mary Elizabeth McDowell; his wife Peggy Jean McDowell; his daughters, Christina Biddle of Dover, Jennifer Stanley of Dover and Melinda McDowell of Dover; his son-in-law Micheal Cox; his siblings, Maryann Sipple, Kenny Sipple, Stan Sipple, Scott Williams, Marty Williams and Trudy Quinones; and his grandchildren, Emily Cox, Harley Cox and Aiden McDowell.
