He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Welch and Anna McMichael Welch; and his siblings, Robert J. Welch and Pauline Bryner. He is survived by: his wife Teresa L. Wilt Welch of Camden; and his children, Marcia Bingham (Randy) of Refugio, TX, Terry of Dover, Peggy Katz (Jay) of Dover, Christine Welch Aaron of New Bern, NC, Susan Bassett (Brian) of Oceanview, DE, Donna Winchester of Camden and James Massie, II of Wilmington, DE. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and twenty great grandchildren.
