She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Garrett; and her siblings, Bill Moore, Dolores Hutson, Ellen Rash Jones and Ruth Procopio.
She is survived by: her sister Linda Guiswite; her brother-in-law Jim Procopio; and her niece Shari Gary. She is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM and at 12:30 PM. A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Torbert Funeral Chapel (1145 E Lebanon Rd, Dover, DE 19904).
