She was predeceased by: her mother Patricia Grunwell Cox. She is survived by: her father David E. Cox; her daughters, Debbie Gene Wells (Curtis Phillip) of Dover and Rebecca Wells (David DelGado) of Orlando, FL; her brother David R. Cox (Lisa) of Harrington; and her grandchildren, Moises Rivera, Jr., Jonathan D. Lamboy, Laura, Fayth Rivera, David DelGado, Jr. and Vincent DelGado.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to Torbert Funeral Chapel, 61 S. Bradford Street, Dover, DE 19904, to help defray funeral expenses.
