He is survived by: his mother Gladys Meador Hoover of Moneta, VA; his wife Catherine "Cathy" Perry Hoover of Dover; his children, Rebecca of Dover, Matthew of Dover, Robert of Dover and Sarah Hoover of Dover; his sisters, Martha Ann Anderson (Charles) of Moneta, VA, Jean Robbins (Michael) of Charlotte, NC, Betty Tustin (John) of Berlin, MD, Mary Roberts (Tim) of Charlotte, NC and Kay Carlton (Brad) of Elgin, SC; and his brother-in-law David Perry (Christine) of Maricopa, AZ. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
