He is survived by: his sons, Paul Welsh of Magnolia, Michael Welsh (Amy) of Felton and James Welsh (Kathleen) of Lincoln; his grandchildren, Christina Marie and Andrew Ryan Welsh; and his great grandchild Amelia Grace Welsh.
