He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Theodora Hughes Jackson of Dover; his sons, Charles Terry Jackson "Pat" of Dover and William Randolph Jackson of Wilmington, NC; his brother Thomas Jackson (Martha Anne) of Dover; and his grandchildren, Ruby and Jonah Jackson.
