With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Arlene Louise Willard of Dover, Delaware, born in Greenfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on January 30, 2024 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Dean "Max" Davis and Ethel Davis; her husband Bob Willard; her siblings, Jean Hurtle and Brudy Davis; and her great grandchild Madelyn Kerpen.

She is survived by: her children, Jody Starke (Ken) of Wyoming, John of Cortez and James of Wyoming, Delaware; her granddaughters, Christie Bonniwell (Aaron), Shannon Kerpen (Eugene) and Savannah Willard; and her great grandchildren, Chase, Wyatt Bonniwell and Brinn Kerpen.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Andrew's Lutheran Church at the above address.
