He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Ridgeway, Sr. and Dorothy Morgan Ridgeway; his wife Edith Louise Ridgeway; and his siblings, Benjamin Ridgeway, Jr., Floyd Morgan, Betty Garnette and Anietta Ridgeway.
He is survived by: his children, Anthony Ridgeway, Jr. (Andy) of Dover, Monica Ridgeway (Susie) of Cheswold and Alverna Ridgeway-Slacum (Tina) of Dover; his siblings, Charles Ridgeway of Woodside, Raymond Ridgeway of Smyrna, Mary Garnette of Odessa and Leona Morris of Cheswold; his grandchildren, Andrea Ridgeway and Stephona Margaret; and his great grandchild Arianna Jackson.
