He is survived by: his parents, Brent Oswell and Marlene Oswell; and his aunts and uncles, Tim Oswell (Monica) of Magnolia, Douglas Oswell of Dover, Linda Dutrow (Tom) of Frederick, MD, Cindy Yoder of Dover, Christine Bennett of Dover and Angela Wright of Dover. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
