He was predeceased by: his grandfather Benjamin W. Abell. He is survived by: his mother Laura Altman; his sister Melissa "Lissie" Burgos; his grandmother Jacqueline Abell Gallagher; his uncle Michael Abell (Kim); his aunts, Carolyn Harney (John) and Wendy Kelly (Roy); his niece Sianna Burgos; his nephews, Nito and Isaiah Burgos; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Maverick, Chieftain, Sage and Kaiah Burgos; and his cousins, Benjamin Abell, Nena Depaz, Mandy Drumming, Meghan Ray, Marcella Bingham and Robert Bingham.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Holy Redeemer Catholic Church. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Rikki's Refuge Animal Sanctuary, 21410 Constitution Hwy, Rapidan, VA. 22733, reflecting Blaine's generosity and love for his community.
