He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Shockley (Bolen); his niece Lynette Phillips Menke (Clint) of Utah; his stepson Mills (Julie Owens) of Salisbury; his stepgranddaughter Hannah Mills; and his cousins, Anna Lee Shockley, Sandra Shockley English and Bunk Townsend.
