He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin R. McCain and Mary Cassidy McCain; his brothers, Lawrence R. McCain and Marvin R. McCain, Jr.; and his brother-in-law James Phillips.
He is survived by: his wife Linda K. McCain; his children, Justin T. McCain of Delmar and Lisa Moyers of Tennessee; and his siblings-in-law, Joyce Nichols, Nancy Carr (Mike) and Donald Phillips (Beth). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his memory to Delmar Elementary School, 811 S. 2nd Street, Delmar, MD 21875.
