Twilley, Jr. (Shannon) and Danielle Twilley Sweitzer (Colin); his grandchildren, Rylynn, Irelynn, Everlynn, Marley and Piper; his brothers, David Twilley (Judy) of Parsonsburg, Robert Twilley of Delmar and Randy Twilley (Barbara) of Laurel; his mother-in-law Carol Nesbitt (Wayne) of Salisbury; and his siblings-in-law, Teena Lanham (Scott) of Bishopville, Robert Coffin (Delena) of Delmar and Woody Payne (Heidi) of Delmar. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
