He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bare and Iva Bare (Gordy); and his siblings, Bernadine King, Lloyd Warfield, Jack Bare, Charles Bare, Freddie Bare, Donald Bare and Joe Bert Bare.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sharon Slater (Fred) of Milton and Susan Barto (Doug) of Palm Bay, Florida; his grandchildren, Katelyn Payson, Jacob Slater, Louie Attalla and Lorna Attalla; his great grandchild Bentley; and his brothers, Leo Bare of Gumboro and Jesse Bare (Myra) of Frankford. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
