He was predeceased by: his parent Douglas Houston Hill; his grandparent Etta Melissa Houston Hill; his wife Rose Mary Hill; his daughters, Teresa T. Mitchell and Anna "Muffy" Adkins; and his brother-in-law Wesley Kuhns.
He is survived by: his parent Hannah Alberta Walls Hill; his grandparents, Roy U. and Grant Hill; his daughters, Cathi Hill Morrison of Winter Haven, FL, Cynthia Hill of Washington, Christy Anne Hill Suriner (Stephen) of Hinsdale, MA and Chris Carmine (Paul) of Harrington, DE; his grandchildren, Thomas Morrison II, Melissa Morrison, Royanne Hammond, Sarah Dai Hammond, Caitlin Hammond, Alexandra Hammond, Ashley Carmine, Samantha Mitchell, Mikie Adkins (Anna), Jessica Backes and Karis Butler; his great grandchildren, Daisy Morrison, Isla Morrison, Madison Burd, Scout Armstrong, Annie Dai Ellman, Ryleigh Swope, Mackenzie Swope and Grace Adkins; his sister Patricia Louise Hill Kuhns of Dover; and his nephew Alan Wesley Kuhns of Dover.
