He is survived by: his parent Mabel Cooper Comba; his children, Kathy Hastings (Kenneth) of Laurel, Diane Petrey (Len) of Forest Hill, MD, Barbara Svoboda (Ron) of Bel Air, MD and Philip J. Comba, Jr.; his significant other Lorraine Delisle of Dagsboro; his grandchildren, Jennifer Boes (Doug), Colleen Reed (Glenn), Jason K. Hastings (Melissa), Kelly Mosher (Dean), Scott Petrey (Kelly), Chad Petrey (Tarah), Anna Saunders and Nichole Comba; his siblings, Robert Comba and Betty Oriol; and his brother-in-law James Castellanos. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
