With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Pearl Elizabeth Penuel (Delmar, Delaware), born in Harrington, Delaware, who passed away on July 22, 2018 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband William Penuel (Bill); and her siblings, Robert Dill and Ada Dill. She is survived by: her daughter Vivian E. Lowe (Greg) of Delmar; her granddaughters, Christina Heck (Andrew) of South Bend and Kathy Lowe of Delmar; and her great grandchildren, Emily Heck and Ethan Heck. She is also survived by cousins and several nieces and nephews.
