He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Scotton Sr. and Norma Grace Scotton (Dill); and his brother Kenneth Scotton, Jr.. He is survived by: his son Joshua Scotton (Stephanie); his grandson Reid; his sister Bonnie Scotton; his sister-in-law Eunice Scotton; his niece Cameron; his half-sister Darlene Sturgeon; and his close friend Karen Smith.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Short Funeral Home (13 E Grove St, Delmar, DE 19940). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages contributions to the Delmar Little League, P.O. Box 518, Delmar, DE 19940, honoring Norman's generous spirit and love of sports and helping others.
