She was predeceased by: her parent Ben Mitchell; her husband Roland H. Foskey; her sisters, Ruth Adkins (Carlton), Joyce Meilhammer (Phillip) and Mabel Meilhammer (Alford); her brother-in-law Art Meilhammer; her children, Phillip Foskey, Victor Foskey and Susan Warner; and her children-in-law, Danny Warner, Gary Horseman, Jr. and Peggy Foskey.
She is survived by: her parent Grace Mitchell; her children, Phyllis Townsend (Edward, Jr.) of Willards, Carolyn Campbell (Frank) of Berlin, John Foskey (Michelle) of Townsend, Marty Foskey of Delmar, Judy Elliott (David) of Laurel, Mary Jane Horseman of Delmar and Roger Foskey (Kara) of Seaford; and her siblings, Herman Mitchell (Kathleen) and Mary Lee Meilhammer. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews and her late husband's extended family.
