She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlos Castro Cortez and Mercedes Cabanillas Terrones; her husband Juan Presentacion Paredes Albarran; and her siblings, Carlos Castro Cabanillas, Mario Roncal Cabanillas, Americo Sanchez, Amanda Castro, Rosalia Castro, Beatriz Castro, Anita Castro and Luis Castro.
She is survived by: her children, John C. Paredes (Johanna) of Seaford, Ana M. Paredes, Rosario M. Arce (Cesar) of Fruitland and Nancy G. Paredes of Salisbury; her grandchildren, Oscar Arce, Roberto Arce, Kristy Paredes, Tisha Paredes and Manuel Caceres; her great grandchildren, Cristina, Oscar, Sebastian and Santiago Arce; and her sister Vicky Arriaga De Salazar. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
