It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lacey K. Figgs (Delmar, Delaware), who passed away on December 3, 2018, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Lacey K. Figgs; and his sister Dorothy Matthews. He is survived by: his parent Annie Grant Figgs; his wife Joyce L. Figgs; his children, Donald Figgs and Kim Figgs; his grandson Justin Figgs; his great grandchildren, Nevaeh and Noah; and his brother-in-law Norman Carey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
