She is survived by: her children, Connie Bailey of Parsonsburg, Frank Bailey, Jr. (Karen) of Pittsville and Sandra McGinnis of Delmar; her grandchildren, Herman J. Powell, Jr. (Gloria) of Delmar, Katherine Zack (Richard) of Laurel, Candace Meisenholder (Brian) of Seaford, Brian Spencer (Katrina) of Hebron, Jessica Womer (Ryan) of Pittsville and Jason Bailey of Pittsville; her great grandchildren, H. James Powell III, Brittany Parker, Andrea Meehan (Richard), B. Scott Malone II, Tyler Meisenholder, Madison McPhail, Aubrey Womer, Wyatt Meisenholder, Silas Spencer, Finian Spencer, Claire Womer, Coraline Spencer and Lucas Womer; her great great grandchild Kinsley Meehan; and her sister Melison Gibbons of Bloxom. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
