We bid farewell to June Williams Gillespie of Delmar, Delaware, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 13, 2024 at the age of 86. June Williams touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Laura Hitchens Williams and W. Samuel Williams; her grandparents, Mayor of Salisbury and I. Virgil Hitchens; her daughter Lori Gillespie; and her brother Howard Williams.
She is survived by: her daughters, Patti Griffin (Tim) of Delmar and Tammi Hudson (Skip) of Laurel; her grandchildren, TJ, Lauren, Katelyn, Kyle, Anna, Tyler, Kiera and Kourtney; and the father of her children William K. Gillespie of Arizona. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Grace Methodist Church (635 E Church St, Salisbury, MD 21804).
