He is survived by: his pet Jesus; his sons, John Edward "Buddy" Cash (Lisa) and Terry Lee Cash (Sherry); his grandchildren, Gregg Cash, Shane Cash (Cristina), Shaina Davane, Shannon Cash and Troy Cash (Brittany); and his great grandchild Lillian Skye Cash.
