He was predeceased by: his parents, Marjorie Joan Lofgren (Milton) and John Godfrey Lofgren; and his sister Sandra Carroll. He is survived by: his wife Christine Lofgren; his daughters, Kimberlie Bell (Joe) and Renee Larimore (Charlie); his grandchildren, Gracie, Mabel and Jack Bell; his brother-in-law David Carroll; his niece Heather Jackson (Sean); and his great-nephew Noah.
