It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jesse Lee McGinnis (Delmar, Delaware), born in Lewes, Delaware, who passed away on December 22, 2021, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Robert R. McGinnis and Judy D. McGinnis (Brandner); his wife Vicki L. McGinnis (Bell); his children, Heather Shores (Pat) and Tyler McGinnis (Katelyn); his granddaughter Avery; his brothers, Ray McGinnis (Bea) and Will McGinnis; his nieces and nephews, Erin Howard (Jake), Ryan Bell (Emily), Ray McGinnis, III, Joe McGinnis, Johnny McGinnis, Matt Raileigh, Eian Hall, Brooklyn Hall and J. J. Hall; his great-nephew Liam; his great-niece Ella; his mother-in-law Diane Hall; and his brothers-in-law, Bobby Bell (Kim) and Jason Hall (Erica).
