She is survived by: her mother Rosa Lee Parker-Cropper; her husband Russell Andrew Fooks, Jr.; her children, Tyrone Smith, Jr. of Berlin, MD, LaKerra Fooks of Salisbury, MD and Ahlayah Fooks of Frankford, DE; her grandson Tyrone Smith III of Berlin, MD; her goddaughter Nyla Fooks of Salisbury, MD; her stepmother Yvonne Baines; her parents-in-law, Katie Fooks and Russell Fooks, Sr. (Betty) of Salisbury, MD; her sisters, Denise Baine of Snow Hill, MD, DeShawn Thomas (Timothy) of Beltsville, MD, Shonda Baine of Snow Hill, MD and Terisia Tazwell of Virginia Beach, VA; her sister-in-law Lynnette Drummond of Salisbury, MD; her brothers, Richard Waters, Jr. (Dionne) of Salisbury, MD and Sammy Cropper, Jr. of Frederick, MD; and her brother-in-law Marcus Fooks (Tara) of Salisbury, MD.
She enjoyed getting her grandson on weekends until COVID-19 hit and her health started declining.
