She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Vernon Taylor and Pauline Elizabeth Taylor (Dennis); and her husband Orville Lee Nichols, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Orville Lee Nichols, Jr. (Steve), Michael Nichols (Cindy) and Anita Nichols (Don); her daughter-in-law Penny Nichols; her grandchildren, Nicole Nichols Mezick (Kevin), Travis Nichols (Talor) and Darren Nichols (Gayle); her great grandchildren, Damon, Braxton, Grayson, Gage and Gavin; and her sister Joyce Nichols. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
