He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Foxwell and Louise Foxwell (Hearn); his son-in-law Randy J. Cooper; and his siblings, Marion L. "Barney" Foxwell, Roger D. Foxwell and Virginia Ann Foxwell.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia L. "Ginny" Foxwell; his daughter Ronda L. Cooper; his granddaughters, Cayla Morgan Cooper and Amber Brooke Cooper; his sisters-in-law, Louise Foxwell and Patricia Foxwell; and his nieces and nephews, Barney Foxwell (Donna), Rex Foxwell (Lee), Dawn Pollitt (David), Frank Hamilton (Kelly), Teresa Williams (Bob) and Rick Hamilton (Wendy).
