It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Eileen Gochnour (Delmar, Delaware), born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on March 30, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elsie Juanita Bales (Frederick) and Samuel Wayne Bales; her husband Orton "Whitey" Gochnour; her son David A. Hyle; and her siblings, Ruby Harsh, Samuel Bales, Jr. and John Bales.
She is survived by: her children, Grayson William "Billy" Hyle, Jr. (Kathy), Dwayne O. Gochnour (Ann) and Kathy E. Grammo (Michael); her daughter-in-law Debbie Hyle; her granddaughter Stefanie Eileen Gochnour; and her sister Kathleen Armacost. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Due to current gathering restrictions, masks and social distancing will be required. Interment will be private.
