She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Wilkins and Myrtle Wilkins; her husband Clifford T. Scruggs; her daughter Connie Jones McCoy; her siblings, Carl E. Wilkins, Edward Wilkins, Frances Farlow, Julia Joseph, Abby Rickards and Elizabeth Jacobs; her niece Joyce Joseph Mitchell; and her nephews, Carlton Jacobs, David Wilkins and Steve Wilkins.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Mary Ann Mueller; her great grandchild Joseph Mueller; her niece Dawn Webb (Mike); her nephews, Edward Wilkins (Cindy), Mike Wilkins (JoAnn) and Charles Jacobs; and her great-niece Shannon Iniestra (Eric). She is also survived by granddaughter; and several great nieces and great nephews.
