He was predeceased by: his father Donald Emrich. He is survived by: his mother Diane Kay Walter of Mardela Springs, MD; his child Charlie Dean Walter of Rehoboth Beach, DE; his aunts, Catherine Austin of Mardela Springs, Charlotte Walter of Delaware, Roberta Walter of Delaware and Joan Walter of Delaware; and his close friends, Ray, Mary and Ayva Veenema.
