He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hamfeldt and Rose Hamfeldt; his brothers, David Morris and Charles "Chuck" Morris; and his grandson Kane Carsten.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Truitt Morris; his children, Cathy Quay (Samuel) of Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania and Scott Morris (Linda) of Delmar; his grandchildren, Samantha and Shane Quay; his great grandchild Aiden Carsten; his sister Rosalie Overbaugh of Colorado; and his sister-in-law Penni Truitt. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
