She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Calloway and Hilda Calloway (Foltz). She is survived by: her husband Lee Alexander; her children, Jeff Alexander of Delmar, Kim Burns (Ted) of Delmar and Dawn Roberts (Patrick) of Bedford, Virginia; her close friend Nicole Greer; her friend John Heath of Chestertown, MD; her grandchildren, Joshua Alexander, Jared Alexander, Kira Eckert, Stanford Vickers, Courtney Roberts, Liann Roberts and Jackson Roberts; and her sister Cora Layton.
Funeral services for family and close friends will be private and by invitation from the family due to the current COVID-19 gathering restrictions.
Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to Bethany Lutheran Church, 817 Camden Avenue, Salisbury, MD 21801, where an account is being set up with the Community Foundation to help with ongoing care of those in need or to Women Supporting Women, 1320 Belmont Avenue, Salisbury, MD 21804.
