He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Clifford Cugler and Mary Ella White Cugler; his wife Carol M. Cugler; his son John Clifford Cugler; and his former wife Norma Bozman Cugler.
He is survived by: his son Keith Clarke Cugler (Denise) of Dagsboro, DE; his daughter-in-law Jerrann C. Cugler (Annie) of Crisfield, MD; his granddaughter Jamie Cugler Emely (Erik); his great grandchild Emma Grace Cugler Emely of Crisfield; his sister-in-law Gwen M. Meinster (Salisbury); and his close friends, John and Sandra McMullen of Delmar.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Stephen's Church (101 E State St, Delmar, DE 19940). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be sent to the Delmar Alumni Association Scholarship Program, for a scholarship in his name, c/o Gary Riley, 2643 May Twilley Rd., Delmar, DE 19940.
