It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charlotte L. Walter of Delmar, Delaware, who passed away on July 12, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, J. Lee Phillips and Marie Watson Phillips; her former husband Robert Trader; her husband William Walter; and her brother Ralph Phillips.
She is survived by: her daughter Terry Budd (Gary); and her grandchildren, Carlee Ellis (Skit) and Robbie Budd. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
