He is survived by: his children, Jon David Black (Mary), Abby, Shawn of Salisbury, Maryland, Charles N Black (Sonya), Jordan, Owen, Bennett, Eli and Fritzner of Hebron, Maryland.; and his sister Judi Andrews of Salisbury. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
