He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Tubbs and Myrtle Tubbs; his son Chuck; and his siblings, Marie, Joyce Tubbs and Frank Tubbs.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Snyder Tubbs; and his siblings, Minnie Wilkins, Sarah Tubbs, Harry Tubbs (Dale) and Louis Tubbs (Diane). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
