He was predeceased by: his parents, John Stallings and Elizabeth Feldmeyer (Parks); his wife Carolyn Stallings (Martin); his stepdaughter Cathy Quigley (Dennis); and his brother George W. Stallings.
He is survived by: his stepson Jeff Davis (Nancy) of Brookeville; his stepsister Linda Ruth Wood (Eddie) of Annapolis; and his grandchildren, Jason Quigley (Tina), April Quigley, Yancy Quigley (Stacey), Aaron Davis and Jaimie Davis. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
