Neel (Mike Hymel) of Albuquerque and John Christopher Neel (Dawn) of Victoria, Texas; his sister-in-law Sara Augustine of Sherwood Park; and his half-sister Charlene Whitehead of Wilmington. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
