She was predeceased by: her parent Luther McMullin; her son Bryen O'Neill; and her granddaughter Heather Stamper. She is survived by: her parent Hazel McMullin (Kessler); her husband Robert W. O'Neill; and her children, Charles O'Neill (Debbie) of Newark, Mary Stamper of Delaware City, Stephanie Hall (Terry) of Wilmington, Hilton O'Neill (Blanche) of New Castle and Hazel McCoy (Greg) of Charles City, VA. She is also survived by 2 grandchildren; and 1 great grandson.
