He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Helen; and his siblings, James and Helen. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Kelly (Peter), Shannon (Bill) and Sean (Sara); and his grandchildren, Patrick, Megan, Ryan, Erin, Drew and Kyle.
Prior to Tom's diagnosis with Alzheimer's disease in 2011, he enjoyed spending time with his family and working in his garden.
