He was predeceased by: his parent Johny King; and his brothers, Nelson King and Joe King. He is survived by: his parent Delia Glidwell King; his wife Mary Cossar King; his children, Butch King (Cathy) of Dagsboro, DE and Cindy Dawson (Allen) of Marietta, GA; his grandson Taylor Dawson of Marietta, GA; and his sisters, Doris King Jackson (Don) of Medon, TN and Ruth King Sipes of Hornsby, TN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
