Phillips (Carol Denise) of Dagsboro, DE, Sharon Phillips of Dagsboro, DE, Craig Phillips (Barbara) of Dagsboro, DE and Keith Alfred Phillips (Cheryl Ann) of Camden Wyoming, DE; and his sister Lorraine Workman of Millsboro, DE.. He is also survived by grandchildren, twenty six great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren as well as extended family members and friends.
