He was predeceased by: his parents, Ward Collins and Beatrice Collins (Lynch); and his siblings, Lemuel Collins, Junior Collins, Ira L. Collins, Charles Collins, Randolph Collins, Frank Collins, Elbert Collins, Betty Carey, Ethel Ann Brasure and Achsah Brasure.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Esham Collins; his sons, Chris (Tami) of Selbyville, DE and Ryan (Denise) of Millsboro, DE; his siblings, Bill Collins, Ada Wightman, Beatrice Mae Magee and Fay Murray; and his grandsons, Cody Collins, Caleb Collins and Coy Collins.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bishop-Hastings Funeral Home (19 S Main St, Selbyville, DE 19975). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Beebe Hospital.
