With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Helen Harmon (Dagsboro, Delaware), born in Wilmington, Delaware, who passed away on March 1, 2020 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Henry and Helen I. Norwood Harmon; her son Andre E. Harmon; her brother Leonard L. Harmon; and her siblings-in-law, Patricia Harmon, Norman Goldsborough II and O'Bryant Scruggs.

She is survived by: her significant other Oliver V. Burton of Dagsboro, DE; her son Oliver V. Harmon (Oliver) of Ocean City, MD; her stepson Sterling Daughty (Tara) of Millsboro, DE; her stepgranddaughter Renee Harmon of Seaford, DE; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Sharnae Harmon of Seaford, DE and Ke'San Harmon of Seaford, DE.; her siblings, Macey G. Goldsborough of Dover, DE, Mildred H. Scruggs of Glen Allen, VA, Thomas H. Harmon (Emma) of Lewes, DE and Clinton E. Harmon of Millsboro, DE.; her uncle George Norwood of Millsboro, DE; her aunt Elaine Norwood of Millsboro, DE; and her sister-in-law Mabel Harmon of Middletown, DE. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
