It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Ann Fisher of Dagsboro, Delaware, born in Bethany Beach, Delaware, who passed away on January 17, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Augustus Isiah Mitchell and Anna Wear Mitchell (Evans); her siblings, Willard Mitchell (Hazel), Eldon Mitchell (Judy), Howard (Saralee), Mitchell, Floyd Mitchell, Elma Leedom (Ralph) and Helen Truitt (Arthur); and her niece Cynthia Truitt Robinson (Manaen).
She is survived by: her husband John Harvey Fisher; her sons, John M Fisher (Jan) and Matthew Fisher; her granddaughters, Lisa Mack (Bryan) and Sarah Gardner; her great grandchildren, Taylor Mack and Reece Mack; and her sister Wilma Graham (Bruce).
