She was predeceased by: her husband Roland W. Chandler; her stepfather Franklin Woodall; and her siblings, Virgil Shockley and Barbara Booker. She is survived by: her daughters, Denise Tripp (Dennis) of Dagsboro, DE and Linda Toomey (Marty) of Laurel, DE; her granddaughters, Heidi Lynn McCabe (Derek) of Pocomoke City, MD and Marcy Lynn Robbins of Frankford, DE; her stepgrandchildren, Crystal Tripp (Jimmy) of Philadelphia, PA, Faith Smock (Jackirae) of Delmar, DE, Dennis Tripp (Jackie) of Alaska, Kyle Tripp (Samantha) of Alaska, Elizabeth Toomey (Jimmy) of Laurel, DE and Jessica Toomey of Laurel, DE.; and her great grandchildren, Jocelyn Roytas, Bryce Roytas, Shelby Agresta (Cody) and Tyler Robbins. She is also survived by thirteen step great grandchildren.
